Tuition and Fees at SAIT

International Student Registration for Credit Courses

The tuition fee to be charged to all international students for all Continuing Education credit courses is 2.5 times the domestic rate. Students will be contacted by the International Centre after registration for payment of additional fees. If fees are not paid the registration will be cancelled.

Please note: These fees are subject to change.

Tuition Fees per Semester (approximate)

  • All full-time programs $5,500 – $7,500 (depending on program)
  • English Language Foundations (ELF) $4,600 ($2,300 per 8-week session)

Please note: the Fees do not include other mandatory fees and are subject to change without notice.

Other Fees

  • Books, Lab Materials $200 – $1,000 (depending on program)
  • Campus Recreational /Athletic Fee $78
  • Laptop Deposit $500
  • Student Association Fee $99.50
  • Transit Pass (unlimited use of public transit) $105
  • Health and Dental $174

(All tuition fees are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice)

Tuition Fee Payment

Final balance of tuition is due four weeks prior to the start of classes for Fall, Winter and Spring. To pay the tuition, please indicate the student’s full name and SAIT ID number with payment.

  • $1,000 ($250 non-refundable portion) July 1st for Fall start and December 1st for Winter start.

The following payment methods are available:

  • Visa and MasterCard (in person, phone, fax, internet or mail)
  • Cash (in person only)
  • Certified Cheque (in person or by mail)
  • Bank Draft
  • Bank Transfer
